I'm a Glasgow-based artist and project-maker. Within an ever expanding practice I create artworks and projects, which in the past have examined artist groups, libraries, museums, even a church parish. In early 2010 I completed a residency on the small Scottish Isle of Eigg, which is still a major thematic influence on my practice. The artworks I make intend to question the way in which all of us relate to knowledge and knowledge systems. This includes objects and activities that explore and challenge ways of archiving, our relationship to history, cultural appropriation, shared beliefs, and personal myths.
