Dear members.

This year Transmission Gallery is planning to hold the Annual General Meeting (AGM) in late November at the gallery premises.

After developments surrounding the AGM last year we are calling for issues for discussion well in advance of the event so that the committee can evaluate these and draft an agenda with respect to the constitutional obligation to circulate this one month in advance of the meeting. In order to do so we need to receive your suggestions to the gallery by September 30th where the agenda will be distributed in our mail-out to all members on October 3rd. This is to ensure that all members have received the articles of the agenda and the items to be discussed well ahead of time and have had time to develop a response with respect to both members proposing issues for discussion and those attending.
